Is my item eligible to return?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  Any* item purchased from xo Dani Boutique is eligible for return no later than 7 days after you received your order.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags in place, to be eligible and must include the original invoice included with your order shipment. 

*All Sale items are final sale, as well as any custom Graphics items. Additional items may be marked as final sale in their description. 

How do I return something? 

Please email us at dani@xodani.shop, putting "Return - Your Name" in the subject line. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions. Once the item is received, you can expect a credit to your XO account within 5 business days. This email must be received no later than 7 days after you have received your order or a return will not be accepted.
